Description provided by HCPL: Bring your creativity and a cotton t-shirt or tote bag you wish to dye, and we'll provide the rest. Don't worry if you don't have shirt or tote to spare - we have bandanas you can dye too! Throughout the program, we'll rotate participants in groups through the tie-dye creation process. It might get messy, so please dress appropriately.
